Joel Katzenberger is a Superintendent for Cape Fear Construction Group. With an extensive background in project management and more than five years of experience in the multifamily sector, he assists in the on-site management of construction projects.
Prior to joining Cape Fear Construction, Joel worked for a multifamily general contractor, overseeing the construction of three high-profile multifamily communities in the Cape Fear region.
A native of New York, Joel moved to Wilmington to be closer to family. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, motorcycling, and exploring old towns.
