Marissa Rodriguez is a Financial Analyst for Cape Fear Construction Group. She assists with budgeting, accounting and financial reporting for the company and all its construction projects.
In addition to her role at Cape Fear Construction, Marissa handles accounting and other financial aspects of development projects for corporate affiliates, Cape Fear Commercial and Cape Fear Development.
She began her career working in residential real estate and served as an assistant property accountant for the firm’s property management division prior to assuming her current role.
Originally from Hawaii, Marissa grew up in a military household and moved around before settling in North Carolina. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina, and in her free time, Marissa enjoys going to the beach and spending time with family.
