Robert Schuett is a project coordinator and assistant superintendent for Cape Fear Construction Group. He assists with budgeting, scheduling and reporting activities for the firm’s projects.
Schuett joined the construction team in August 2024, transitioning to his current role from the firm’s commercial brokerage affiliate, Cape Fear Commercial. Known for his humility, drive and passion, Robert takes great pride in his work and is motivated by a strong desire to build thriving communities.
Robert previously worked as an implementation consultant for a software company specializing in association management. Driving multiple software transitions at a time, he delivered organizational, technical and goal-oriented expertise to each of his clients.
Schuett is a proud native of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Outside of the office, Robert enjoys surfing, golf, hunting and tennis.
