Wes Esarove is a Lead Superintendent for Cape Fear Construction Group. He has over 25 years of construction management experience, focusing the past 10 years on the multifamily sector.
Prior to joining Cape Fear Construction, Wes worked for national general contractors, overseeing multifamily construction projects throughout Texas and Missouri. He successfully completed seven projects, ranging from garden-style to high-density wrap communities, and delivered more than 3,000 units.
Wes earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida State University. Originally from Tega Cay, South Carolina, he resides in New Bern, North Carolina, with his wife, Jody, and their three dogs. In his spare time, Wes enjoys going to church, riding motorcycles, and international travel.
